Promised promotion is being delayed over and over again. You're basically fed with promises and nothing is delivered
do the actuall homework and interview candidate's skills, not just look at CV and hire not qualified people
Start doing actual performance reviews, review the salary policy, promote based on performance. Diversity and Inclusion should come after performance not before
about the half of the team is overqualified and the other half is underqualified. so we (qualified ones) endup doing all the work
