
I love the company, upper mgmt and Sr leadership, I do feel like there are several people in mid mgmt in their positions due to longevity and not leadership aptitude. Lots of poor practices to be unlearned. Too much overlap on job responsibilities. Room for improvement.
Time off and healthcare. I also appreciate our perks.
My coworkers. The Sr Manager level and above are incredibly helpful.
I am most happy when I am being productive and engaged

We have a diverse group of teammates from all walks of life and experience levels. There is a lot to learn from my group.
When we have our self guided afternoon touchpoints, they are lively and energetic. We care about one another and are free to offer advice and guidance to which we all receive and give equally.
I appreciate that leadership wants continue to grow and move forward. I sincerely appreciate the direction of Brant and Sam G. ; the monthly townhalls are valuable sources of info. I feel like there are some missteps in middle management and accountability and expectations are not clearly aligned.
