Paid more - culture is to make workers work additional hours for free
They should sell the business and looking into something that they can actually achieve
Less working in silos in regards to ones personal agenda and working as a team
Disappointing -- each Accelerator's staff is treated like hired mercenaries. Unlike a sales role, however, there is no additional compensation or benefits for performance. If an accelerator partner doesn't renew their contract, the entire staff is laid off. Also, knowledge is not shared.
