
Vacations are flexible .. no fixed days .. you juz have to work with ur manager and take vacation based on project needs. If ur a absense will be business impacting you may not want to be out for long .. but if it's not you enjoy ..
unlimited in theory. subject to direct mgr approval. No guidance appears to be in effect from corporate, so basically you are at mercy of your mgr whims. Often pinchy and make you feel guilty to take time for yourself.
