The leadership team asks employees to go above and beyond what is expected> give annual bonuses that barely cover inflation.

Collaboration and presenting information in a focused, engaging and value-driven manner
nice folks, my core team in the product marketing function is amazing. rest of CA marketing is mediocre - paint by numbers types, no creativity or empowerment to do the right thing
Focus on company goals not on individual team workloads. We need to do what is better for CA not just individual teams.

It is a group of alpha level players where performance is rewarded
