Acknowledge weak areas and places that we all need to improve. Ask for critiques from your employees/team and be willing to openly lead rather than keeping everything in the dark.
We do not have a 401K match, which is a huge detractor from our compensation. We also do not have any paid parental leave policy, despite efforts from employees to promote this.
Change in perspective - currently the company still operates as though things like firings need to happen in the dark (people getting fired during company happy hours without notice, for example) and training for mid-level management.
Honestly, some of the mid-level managers are truly incompetent and need to be removed from their positions. More than 20% turnover in one group in less than a year usually suggests a problem with the manager, not the people.
