Sadly the only thing that made me look forward to going in was the fact that I was with dogs for 6+ hrs.
Over all the team it's self isn't bad. The workers are nice. The dogs are always joyful when they walk in the doors. From what I've seen, the only neglect the dogs get is that when they want for be played with, held, or given any other type of affection, we're not allowed to give it to them.
Not necessarily just "undervalued" towards me, but it was also towards the animals. Working there was fun and always a joy to go in, but at the same time it's not because of how I'm "allowed" to work. We are not allowed to give the animals any of affection. Literally ' don't pick up the dogs. ' etc.
