
There are at least 3 steps. First a culture screen with a recruiter, and then a phone screen with the hiring manager. And if those go well, then candidates are brought to HQ for an on-site interview with multiple people on the hiring team. Questions are meant to review skill aptitude, culture fit, and corporate behavior.
