Based on the market rate for my role, I am not within 25k of the minimum band. In comparison to others at Checkr. compensation is not consistent department by department. Older Checkrs dont feel valued based on new hires coming in
#ownership #Grit would be the two things co-worker can do to work better with. Having accountability and ownership of their work is key, the culture that is forming now is "oh not my problem anymore" or "i wont critically think about this, just ask john doe cause he should know"
