They o my positive reviews they get probably come from small towns where people can live off of poverty wages with minimum comfort. That's why chilis is losing influence in the casual dining industry. The whole model is a failure. They've shifted focus on profits so much that they've forgotten about their number one asset- their team members. Who are leaving due to extreme unhappiness.

I’m not sure. They seem to take 90 degree turns every 6 months and switch up everything so I just take it day by day and try to build the business at our restaurant the best I can

I’ve almost left several times due to lack of quality of life, disrespect in the workplace, and unrealistic goals that lead to feelings of constant anxiety and uselessness. But, it’s hard to find other work and I love my team members
