What benefits does Chili's provide?

They would cut team members fingers off if they thought they could make an extra dollar..... Brinker is a horrible company to work for. They o my positive reviews they get probably come from small towns where people can live off of poverty wages with minimum comfort. That's why chilis is losing influence in the casual dining industry. The whole model is a failure. They've shifted focus on profits so much that they've forgotten about their number one asset- their team members. Who are leaving due to extreme unhappiness.
