Because of CIVIC and the people at CIVIC, I have grown exponentially professionally and personally over the last 4 years. There is not a single person in leadership that I do not admire and strive to be more like. I feel that CIVIC has given me an opportunity to create the life I want to live.

I can see myself here for 10-15 years. I love growing here and want to work my butt off each day to help make CIVIC the best company it can be.

My team is literally the best. The vibe each morning during our huddles is so energetic and uplifting that it makes each day better!

My team is amazing! The best part of the day is our morning huddle where you get to see everyone and see their smiles! Everyone is so supportive and care you each other at a personal level.

I love that I get a bonus every quarter based off of my goals that I set with my manager at the start of each quarter. I also love that each year we get additional compensation based off the performance for the company.

For me, I love that the leadership team communicates the companies goals clearly and often and give recognition and praise to the people that make milestones happen. I feel that the leadership team puts the people first and makes sure we are taken care of.

The best part about the culture is that it is a start up vibe. Everything is nice, initiative and very well thought out. The culture team is a great job of making things fun to the point you want to go out of your way to participate.

It is so refreshing to work for a company where the leadership staff and managers put you first. With transparency from the leadership, I feel great knowing their goals & direction of the company & appreciate them communicating clearly and often. They fuel my energy to attack each day with purpose

The best part of our team is that everyone plays such a major roll, but no one has ego or pride of authorship. When we meet everyday, there is so much love and appreciation between co-workers that it makes pushing our limits and goals more fun. I love that everyone is always pushing themselves.

So I am fortunate enough to LOVE what I do what makes me most happy is that CIVIC gives me enough freedom to explore my curiosity or try something new or even look at a situation differently. They challenge me to get out of my comfort zone which has made me so much better as a designer.

CIVIC is a company that I feel the culture and love even working remote across the country. There is so much thought and effort put in by our Culture team that allows me to connect with others, share my stories and interests and invest in others in a way that I wouldn't get the chance to do normally
