The PTO is fantastic! The ability to take off when I need to without worrying is amazing!
The most positive thing about Classy Llama culture is the way they allow you to be FULLY 100% who you are while ALSO calling you into deeper growth of how to live that out.
I LOVE the people at Classy Llama and feel genuinely loved and cared for in return! Also ... food ... we have food in some form or another ALL. THE. TIME!
My fellow llamas are the best thing about working at Classy Llama. I've gone through a lot of life with these people. We've laughed and cried and goofed around and fought hard battles together and I absolutely love these people!
I have never worked somewhere that has respected me as a whole human being the way Classy Llama leadership does. I can be ridiculously transparent with them about everything and they respond humbly and authentically. That is worth so much to me.
We have a term called "holistic prosperity" which means they want ALL of who I am to be prospering. They WANT me to be winning at life and they actually invest in making that happen. I love that about this place!
Simply put ... the leadership team cares. They are humble, transparent, and ACTUALLY want your feedback. If you notice something wrong or disagree with something being done ... you are encouraged to tell them and can do so without fear of having a target put on your back.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY LLAMAS! I have SO much fun with them and actually end up missing them if I don't see them for too long. They are some of the most genuine, hard working, fun loving, professional goof-balls you'd ever want to meet!
The leadership team here at Classy Llama has proved time and time again that they care about ME ... as a real live person! And I've seen them do that with MANY other people throughout my time here. The level of care here is unlike anywhere else I've ever worked!
I have never worked with a team that cares so deeply about each other AND the work that they do. They're playful, thoughtful, passionate, they show up for each other during hard times and in times of celebration. I truly love my llamas :)
I love the people I get to work with and that I get to bring all of me to the table. The wild, goofy, passionate, creative, etc. sides of me all have the freedom to show up ... AND the people I work with expect growth in me and hold me accountable to that. It's awesome!
