Everybody at Climb is incredibly smart, hard-working, and everyone tries to help each other! There has never been a time, at least in my experience, where someone has said "That's not my job."

The leadership team is stellar, they are responsive, understanding, and incorporate feedback well. Climb's leaders do a great job of pointing the company in the right direction but allow autonomy to all team members in order for us to get to where we need to be, I.E. no micromanagement, just trust!
