What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team at Climb need to get better at: valuing their employees, listening to them, recognizing them, and paying them at market rates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Unlimited pto is the best.
Fair medical, with employer paid HSA contribution.
The educational credit was recently expanded. I'm thinking of taking a class now.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market rate, it wasn't a conversation this year, it used a framework that was atypical and not communicated to the company. It takes advantage of my commitment to the company mission and the people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Actionable items and accountability every time.
We are extremely funny, know a lot about different topics (very smart), all committed to the mission of the company and to the students and learners that we serve, we drink beer at work
We collaborate to set clear goals and meet regularly to iterate day-to-day in order to meet them.
Our team's chemistry is incredible.

Nice people, looked for potential, offered a variety of ways to test me (not just one)
I was able to meet many current employees and leadership team to learn a great deal prior to making a decision.
The process tested skills I would use in my day-to-day.
