Meeting everyone of importance at the company
Quick response times after each round, interesting technical test that addressed real-life problems, ample opportunity to talk with my potential teammates (emphasis on importance of people), was not an overly strict/traditional interview process, didn't have to wear a suit.
Honesty and Transparency every step of the process. It was very organized and efficient.
I both loved and stressed over the case study! I got to do it at my own pace (within a couple weeks' time), which was helpful. It was an opportunity for me showcase my best work without being overly pressured.
