I have worked at CoAdvantage for almost 24 years. I have moved through the ranks at CoAdvantage and find that most managers and executive team members value their employees.
Make everything more User friendly. Customer service is definitely an area to improve. Poor response times to emails, calls are hardly or never returned when messages are left for the representative. And they can become argumentative when they are in the wrong.
