This company needs management; a REAL manager-someone who wants their people to succeed and who isn't either sick or attending a family member's funeral every week.....OR on vacation....
Adaptability to customer situation and looking for ways to provide timely responsive updates on claims. I submitted the required paperwork on 10/5/21 and 8 weeks later the team consistently resets the clock to account for lack of follow-yp and care to show a false positive that customer needs met.
Customers need technical assistance and this needs to be an option when calling. To be told "we don't have a technical assistance department" is frustrating! When filing a claim and the "web portal" isn't working & the FAX doesn't pickup, customers who are already frustrated become even more so!
Combined sent my check to the wrong address to no fault of my own. Now they want me to wait another 7-10 days which is unacepptable. I want it overnight at this point since ive waited 3 plus weeks already.
Communication is terrible. The claim process takes too long to complete. There is no follow-up from the claims adjusters or supervisors.
