Excited to be here, baby!
Contentstack has been the best company I've worked for; however there are always areas for improvement. Globalization efforts lead to late evening or early morning meetings for some departments, and sometimes we're too busy drinking our own Kool-aid to be self critical, but overall it's a great time
All of the outside of work activities.
The money? The potential for stock options? C'mon.
I get paid well for what I do.
The animal mascots for every team.
The slack conversation with coworkers.
The people and the interactions I have with them.
Everyone has a great sense of humor and a wonderful team mentality.
They are easy to reach, easy to communicate with, and everyone is working towards the same goals. I.e. tribe mentality.
Everyone (mostly) has a solid attitude. Even though it's all types here, everyone is being pushed in the right direction.
They are approachable. Never have I ever felt unable to reach out with a question or thought to the leadership team.
They're just awesome. They have a great rapport, everyone loves each other, and we all just keep pushing towards the goals.
I love my direct team. Everyone is willing to help out at a moments notice any and every time I reach out.
It really depends on the customer. In a customer facing role, some have a great impression of Contentstack. Others you are constantly trying to bridge the gap between what sales promised vs. what they're getting...
I like the people most of all. The work can be difficult, and sometimes the hours can be long depending on the day, however the people I get to work with make it worth it.
Sometimes it feels as if compensation is only really pushed if the sales element of the job is enhanced, even if it is a non-sales position. This is true for the majority of perks as well. Save a customer, you get 0. Find a new customer, enjoy your trip to Tahiti.
