Our company cares about our well being and you can see that
We d have great people that want to work together and do great things. Leadership needs to get processes in place, tools to simplify our jobs and metrics we can use. We are working towards this.
We are working to get things cleaned up, SOP's created to streamline things and I do feel that they care. Could have a bit more clarity in communications and leadership. I don't always feel empowered to get stuff done.
They are innovative and truly want to make a difference. We are struggling through some growth and need better SOP's- CLEAR communication throughout the group - it's a bit of a telephone game right now and SLACK is NOT the best use to share information with the masses, it is very unproductive.
