
It's been great up until about 4 months ago when Marketing hired new management, then that manager hired two of their friends. The new manager has little to no compassion for the team that existed prior to their arrival.

We work remotely all over the world, but communication is still great.
Not be dismissive of the work and the employees that were here before you.
I was able to choose from a list of insurances, not just told this is it.
My team is hard working and truly want what's best for the company and our team.
Everyone actually wants to be here and do the work. Not just work because it's "a job"
