Supportive of each others issues and goals
LIttle room for promotion, raises not good
Supportive of fellow staff members, but little room to move up
Upper management treatment of its people.
The retirement plan is amazing.
I've worked with this company for over a decade. The company used to have wonderful benefits and cared about the employees. Now since the company has gone public, the executives and shareholders hold the power. They're only worried about lining each of their own pockets with $150k raises or more.
