What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is amazing! They are always thinking of way to improve the company for our customers as well as the employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing loyalty to the team of seasoned employees that have helped build the company.
Get down off their high horse
Valuing their employees and leading with ethics.
Taking care of their employee again. Benefits and especially pay doesn't compare to other companies or inflation in 2019.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement plan is amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay the workers fairly and stop shipping work off shore
When you are evaluating employment you consider the benefits package and salary, but once you start the benefits are decreased each year and the salary is not adjusted to account for the loss of benefits. So the more you work here, the less you will actually be successful.
You work hard and are severely under paid while the executives continue to get raises they've cut raises in the departments to 2%

We care for our customers and their patients.
Working together and there for each other
My team is great. We work together to get things done.

Forming a work relationship with coworkers.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was very empathetic to me
It was mostly completed over the phone. I didn’t have to get uncomfortable and sit in a office explaining why I was the best choice. I simply explained my skill set and let it speak for itself.

LIttle room for promotion, raises not good

Minus the upper management the people are great to work with.

Upper management treatment of its people.
