
We are a small company, just over 100 people, so I would not say it's common to switch teams. That being said, the right people in the right roles is key to any companies success. If we see someone is better suited for another role, or another team, we will have the conversation and make that move if it makes sense.
Not uncommon - there is a good amount of lateral movement. Management is genuinely interested in helping employees develop and pursue the opportunities they want as long as it makes sense for the business. I've seen lots of people transfer departments several times.
