I appreciate that there is no cap on commission and %'s go up as you place more people.

The supportiveness is one of CE's best culture traits. I know anyone on my team is willing to help if I need them. I feel that way with my managers and executive teams as well. They make themselves available and ensure they give you the time you need whenever you need it.

I appreciate how supportive my team is. If I am away from my desk or out of the office for a few days, they help back me up. They will take calls for me, help with my candidates, and loop me back in when I get back. I can turn to anyone on the team, and they know I will do the same for them!
