CSG generally supports flexible schedules and work from home opportunities, but like in every company each position comes with it's own set of needs and flexibility. We urge employees to work with their managers to find the plan that works best.
The work from home policy can vary from team to team or organization to organization. Employees in good dtanding are allowed to work from home, and encouraged to do so during impending severe weather. WFH is also the Business Continuity solution for the Omaha West Dodge campus. I can only speak to the International Service Desk's SOPs. Generally New Hires and Analyst I's are not allowed to WFH, weather conditions considered. Analyst II/III's are generally allowed to WFH 2 days per week. Leads, Managers, etc. are expected to exercise good judgement and coordinate with their leadership for WFH days. That said, even in the Service Desk, there are mandatory "all hands on deck" days and situations. Bottom line - WFH is looked upon as a 'privilege', not a 'right' and is always subject to business needs, team/departmental needs, and employee standing.
