They are transparent and really get to know the leaders on their teams.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The remote flexible first policy.
Bonuses are good when objectives are achieved.
The commission structure is so exciting and it motivates me to do more.
CTC in India is Fixed so that's nice
Health, Dental and Vision insurance are comparatively the best I've seen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CSG pushes a "team" mentality. Therefor, you are not duely compensated for your role and performance. Companies are stupid for not noticing individuality. They push the "Team" crap.
Manage to provide employees ways to improve their salary by informing them what to do to achieve a better salary. Advance country relocation programs.
Compensation should be updated as per new market standars, though it is not really bad
Higher 401k matching, and a better payment for our medical.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are kind and quick to jump in to help
Interesting and clever and diverse people
Support , synergy and friendliness.
We are there for each other. Work hard, play hard.
We communicate daily, we share, we support each other, we are inclusive and we care about our clients.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We treat each other with respect and kindness. We celebrate each others strengths and work together to help with each others weaknesses. This balances the scales because we enjoy working together and we are all working towards the same goal. We lift each other up because we love winning together.
Extremely inclusive environment and recognizes and respects global cultures. Also very flexible work from anywhere approach.

Very approachable and welcoming people who don't take themselves too seriously. This is true for all levels of the organization

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They better let us to scan boxes for ourselves because we got many missing items
What did you like most about the interview process?
The panel made me feel like I was part of the team already which helped with my nerves. The set up is so relaxed and comfortable which in turn allows you as the candidate to be yourself.
I felt there was a genuine effort to assure that the job was a good fit for me, as well as me being a good fit for the position.
