What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We treat each other with respect and kindness. We celebrate each others strengths and work together to help with each others weaknesses. This balances the scales because we enjoy working together and we are all working towards the same goal. We lift each other up because we love winning together.
Extremely inclusive environment and recognizes and respects global cultures. Also very flexible work from anywhere approach.
Ok not a problem to work
Very approachable and welcoming people who don't take themselves too seriously. This is true for all levels of the organization

Culture is supportive. Leadership stays in contact with employees and wants to know how they feel, plus responds to feedback or survey results.

The majority of our global workforce truly want to work together for the benefit of our customers and business. We work hard, play hard, and there is a sense of 'family', for the most part. The day-to-day environment is typically laid back and casual. They provide consistent growth opportunities.
Company culture is great! I feel that I have the freedom to express my opinions and ideas freely regardless of my title.

We're progressive. They do a lot of little extras for us that add up to a lot (free popcorn 24/7, breakfast on Fridays, no dress code, etc.)
