My overall experience has been great, yes there are some things I would change or do differently but I do know that in staffing there are certain things that needs to be in place to be successfull. Overall, CSI is a great place to work and I'm proud to say I work at CSI.
Having ALL the tools to help me succeed. There is no reason anyone shouldn't be successful here.
CSI worked with me to compensate me since I was leaving a higher level role to join CSI and I greatly appreciate it.
The environment is awesome! The culture is great because we're all in this together helping one another and want to see each other succeed.
The salary is very competitive for a staffing agency and commission structure is about normal. I do wish there were annual raises or raises for 'job well done'
Making money, being able to work independently, the office is amazing, the tools CSI gives us to be successful are unmatched and everyone for the most part is very friendly.
I will say there is NO micromanaging and the team and leadership entrust me to do my job and that is the best thing I can ask for. Also, everyone gets along very well.
They are here and they are very helpful. I've held jobs where leadership/managers wouldn't be in office or when they were seemed bothered for help. Leadership at CSI is always around and always ready to help.
The C Suite is very accessible and very nice and it doesn't go unnoticed. I can tell they care about each employee. I don't feel the same way about the managers/VPs but they do a good enough job.
They are so friendly. Most offices have inner office politics and maybe I'm too green to see them but everyone is so nice and friendly and genuine I don't see how there is any drama/politics going on. I love it.
I think the culture is great but my teammates seem to be more negative. I think more flexibility would help culture, and more outings like the Yards, that was awesome. All in all though, I think company culture is doing well.
