There is a lot of work that needs to be done in this company. Starting from the very top. The C-Level promote toxic lifestyles and don't give opportunities to grow unless you fall in line with them.

There is toxic positivity in the company.

Everyone is extremely friendly. You can tell that others want you to succeed as it only makes the company better.

A salary that would match the rising inflation rates and cost of living. A better matching 401K. More work-from-home opportunities.

The openness to communicate with everyone in the company. Their laid-back personalities to joke and have fun with the rest of us.

Everyone is open to lending a hand and helping you grow. People always say hey or good morning. It's a very friendly environment.

The people. This company would be much different if employee morale was low or there was unhealthy competition. Thankfully it is the opposite.

The company culture is very toxic. If you don't live and breathe CSI 24/7 you are exiled from a lot of conversations and opportunities.

Developing clear goals for the company and sharing them with employees. Too many times we are left in the dark and its hard to support a companys vision if we dont see the full picture.

Paying a living wage comparably to 2023's inflation rate would be great. Too many employees are paid below the national average for their job titles while everyone on C-Level sit cushy in their 6 figure salaries.
