I love CSI for all of the reasons I outlined on this survey! Thank you for the chance to talk about why CSI rocks!

CSI is a great place to work. We have had very visible growing pains so far this year and it has kind of divided our workforce. I am feeling like the dust is starting to settle but I think this has put a damper on an otherwise great company and culture.

Commission is great and base salaries are competitive. Surprise bonuses are a nice perk too.

Collaborative, genuinely care about each other's successes and are invested in helping each other grow and learn.

Open door policy for sales team, very futuristic and forward thinking, do not settle for comfortability or complacency.

Health and wellness focus, business autonomy, ability to attend conferences and networking events, meet clients in person, etc.

Open door policy, transparency, leading by example, they are fun, real people that are easy and inspiring to follow.

My team and the ability to motivate each other, progressing sales pipelines and success of CSI as a whole.

Transparency. willing to take chances to branch out our focus areas and autonomy for employees to do what they need to.

The people and how much it challenges me daily. We are always learning something new and if we think we have mastered that, we are pivoting to learning something even newer!

Great comradery, good atmosphere, everyone is laidback but has a sense of urgency and need to be the best, continuous learning and collaboration opportunities, everyone wants to help for the most part.

Gym, health concious, CSI Gives Back - our own 5013c with plenty of opportunities to get involved. Company invests in furthering employee's education and opportunities to learn by sending Sales to trainings, conferences, etc.
