it has been very positive. I have found my people and my place. my old and new managers have both been understanding of mental illnesses and so willing to work with me when I ask silly questions because of it. Most people have been very kind. i have enjoyed the workouts. positive feedback

the are fun, easy to work with, most of them care as well.

for the most part they move around the office, they are seen, they show up for us. They motivate the whole office.

i do not feel undervalued. i feel underpaid because of inflation my pay is no longer enough to afford to pay for an apartment, car payment, food and gas.
