Hard to think of something. There is a lot of great talk but when it comes time to put any of it into action it reveals the lack of foundation. Profit over people.

PTO should be encouraged not looked down on. Don't offer it if it's not actually supposed to be used. A manager could be checking in with their employees that they use it before it's gone.
