Its a little easier now that I merchandise rather than do sales, buts its still a very frustrating experience
I have had an overall positive experience at Cycle Gear.
Bought 2 helmets + com units. They shipped to store instead of my home 200 miles away. When 1 helmet shows up, box has sticker $30 less than what I paid. They gave option for $30 credit or $40 gift card which I choose. At store they would only give $30 gift card. Called corp, no response. Dumb
