Communication skills are clear and thorough. .

The executive team are both supportive and approachable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their employees. I was involved in a minor accident with my motorcycle and my manger was not being understanding in the slightest when i told him i was going into the er the following day

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Theres no consistency with the pay structure or commisions. The same job title gets different base pay. Going back to my $1 over min wage and being back paid for the last two months would make me feel appreciated
What are some of the best things about your team?
The remaining members of my team are high energy with a positive attitude.

We are all motorcycle enthusiasrs at store level
The people I work with enjoy each others company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Open communication, experience. Quality leadership, managment skills. Effective training
Not having a hypocrite for a store manager.
Better pay and less micromanaging the stores.

What makes me happy at work, is the fact that I get to discuss and talk about my hobby and way of life with others who share the same interest and get paid for it not to mention the discount.
