It's been extremely refreshing and humbling knowing I made it here in one piece. The rest of the world is a gauntlet that chews you up and spits you out on the other side. I've never felt that at DG - respected for who you are and what you bring to the table - nothing else.

They are: Direct, honest, empathic, go-getters

Be Human - come as you are, that's all that is required.

We all are open and direct in our communication styles. We get shit done :)

Honestly, the team I work with is the best but other than that: WFH 99% benefits paid (medical/vision/dental) Equity

Equity - we are truly a part of the company and that shows daily in the work people are collaborating and executing on.

That's not a fair question. People's attitudes - everyone is a go getter and wants to help everyone else succeed. We are one team!

Helping people improve - whether internal or external. Work or personal. Everyone has the same end goal in mind and working to improve how we do it together.

They treat all of us like humans - actually - not some fake, hot off the press bs for PR. Daniel and the ELT are unique in that regard.

They engage with their team members on a weekly if not a more regular cadence and actually care about what we think and action upon our feedback. Doesn't sound like something special but trust me - it is extremely unique to feel this much support from leadership teams.
