The attention to detail and the attention to our coworkers. As an incoming SDR I thought it was insane that I got to interview with the CEO. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Shows how important recruitment is to us and also shows how much leadership really cares about the people joining.

Learning & development budget is awesome, the company promotes continuous growth

I have been take more responsibilities in a short period of time, and I would like to see that reflected in the my compensation

The market is hot and salaries are much more competitive out there. There was no salary adjustment due to inflation at DG and I believe it's not fair.

The collaboration. We work on a lot of things together and are constantly in communication. It's important to get multiple eyes on things and to get different perspectives.
