What do you like best about the leadership team?
The attention to detail and the attention to our coworkers. As an incoming SDR I thought it was insane that I got to interview with the CEO. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Shows how important recruitment is to us and also shows how much leadership really cares about the people joining.

Great pay, healthcare coverage, and choice of benefits (instead of only being assigned specific benefits)

Commission, but also the added bonuses. The Uber Eats Stipend and Remote Work stipend are incredibly generous.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration. We work on a lot of things together and are constantly in communication. It's important to get multiple eyes on things and to get different perspectives.

How no matter what department you're in - everyone wants to help. Whether it's CS, Marketing, Sales, Product, etc. everyone is open to helping you achieve your goals.
