What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat all of us like humans - actually - not some fake, hot off the press bs for PR. Daniel and the ELT are unique in that regard.

They are extremely transparent with us on a regular basis. From our company meetings to email updates each week - we are kept in the loop on our progress and are consistently aligned with the goals. Plus, they are genuine and fun people!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, the team I work with is the best but other than that: WFH 99% benefits paid (medical/vision/dental) Equity

I love that on top of my more than fair base salary, I can choose a stipend to support me as I work from home. For example, we can be reimbursed for hardware we need to be successful in our role.
