very poor pay for amount of work and hours and also effort / work ethic/value they expect out of us
practically anything and everything possible you could ever imagine in or during the work day and or place during a shift/full work day.
everything. mainly better communication but also with getting off their high horse and looking/talking to other employees like myself more like employees and not like undervalued , disposable, pieces of trash
nothing positive to say except there are a decent diverse group of good co-workers but all most all of the managers/shift leaders are very condescending when speaking to employees by talking down to us like garbage/straight disposable employees and it's very rude
as said before, better communication would definitely create much more positive and better overall vibes. Body language and the way employees are approached / spoken to by other persons in higher authority such as supervisers and managers also needs to change. It's always very unacceptably wrong.
