The interview process was at one point great. It's not anymore. The people that made the company what it was have left.
Grossly underpaid for the industry. Forced to work long hours without proper compensation. Management will offer an extra $1,000 for working a schedule no one wants. The minute you want off the schedule, they take away the pay.
Actually leading, retention, compensation, professional development and communication. Too much lying, lack of coherent direction and inability to recognize employees that actually want to work for the company. Far too many good employees leave due to a lack of recognition. Also, keep ali sober.
The customer support team at DealerOn is amazing. We deal with the hordes of angry clients that are always told "we're working on it". But in reality, Dev has broken so much, it's never going to be fixed and they dont care. All we hear is "I want to cancel" then everything is free for the client.
I drink during my lunches to get through the day. I also heard the CEO is looking to sell the company for at least 100 mil. Not likely going to happen.. but would be great if you didn't keep people with real values away from the town hall meetings. There is no direction, and a war going on inside.
