Hostile, unorganized, threatening your job kid of place. No team collaboration, mivromanaged. Hired young men with large egos to "manage"! There is no I in team. over the top poor meetings where ths F bomb is used constantly as they chastse ypu about a new product that is a start up.
The timeframe from interview one to offer was quick, and the interviews felt mostly effective. Some irrelevant questions were asked.
They're willing to hear feedback, I wish they were more organized but it's tough when you're moving in so many directions.
Understand that market they are attempting to enter. Stop assuming that you can conquer a new market using the same tactics.
It has been a nightmare working at DealerOn! Management constantly lies and always seeks opportunities to not pay employees fairly or cut benefits. Employees are treated with no respect and come second to profit. Turnover is through the roof. No one wants to work here, even new hires leave asap.
