What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?That we treat each other like real humans who have their own lives and their own ups and downs. We're empathetic and even though we might fall short sometimes we are trying to do right by our coworkers and our clients

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Sales managers need leadership skills. Stop acting like you hired high school interns.
