They need to get better at customer service. Be more personable, and need more training to be able to meet the customer's needs
We all depend on eachother, and we usually are good at communicating while on operations. But whenever a problem arises, you are on your own.
The station manager and his assistant manager have a very close relationship and make everyone else feel like they're outsiders. They could be more open about suggestions, and have their own opinions. The station manager CANNOT make any type of decisions without his "supervisor"'s approval.
I feel undervalued because the managers try to diminish the employees most of the time. They don't care if they embarrass the employee who is following a company policy, when they override and abuse their authority. I would like to be treated more fairly and be compensated based on performance.
