The compensation package is built around performance and Disruptive does a good job at incentivizing you to work hard. I am paid very well for the work that I do and I am always able to generate extra income for thinking outside the box and pushing myself.

They are genuinely concerned for my well being. Digital advertising can be stressful for a number of different reasons and managing client relationships can take a toll on you after a while. My leadership team is always looking for ways to reduce that stress and assist me in my work.
