My store started me out at 10 an hour and after only 3 weeks of working I got promoted to a key holder with a 2 dollar on the hour and as soon as they promote you there your raise will be on the very next check

Below competitors. Keyholders do the managers duties, yet barely make over minimum wage. They continually have to pull doubles, even if they only get 2 hours of sleep.
