
It depends on the manager if the manager is good she or he hire good if the manager is not good they usually hire people that are young that don't have any good work ethics they either don't show up the first day or they work one or two days and then they don't show up at all or they call out the the second day they've been hired they need to hire people that are older they need to give their employees more money to work when you do that you can get good people to work there but if you don't give them good resources they're not going to work our opportunities
