They are not very motivating when it comes to moving up or even laterally within the company and aside from healthcare, not much in the benefits department
They think they micromanage but what they really do is throw you in without direction then question why you did things the way you did instead of giving direction.
Management needs to tell employees what they expect beyond customer service. This location is great for training on a customer service level but beyond that there's not much direction and a lot of people get thrown under the bus
