Spirit, integrity, loyalty, sense of humor

fun, great teamwork, work hard toward same goal

Everyone is willing to help everyone. If someone is faster that someone else we like to team up so we get twice as many rooms done than if we worked separately. Or if one of us is running to the basement and there is another housekeeper on the floor we will ask them if they need anything.

Start with using the company brand/standards.

It's not that my coworkers aren't good workers it's just everything is negative due to the neglect we all feel from upper management

The need to focus on themselves so when we do come together things be be done effectly

We have high turn over in my area which causes conflict
