I like what I do for a living, and Egnyte let's me do what I like to do for a living. That's not to say it comes without stress, but beats the heck outta doing something you hate to do all day long.
I am compensated fairly in accordance with my Title, but I don't feel like I have any clear job responsibilities. It feels like an environment where "everyone is responsible for everything". I believe every human should be paid fairly for the work they are doing, whatever the work may be.
